Hydrobooster ALK is Knergy's proprietary line of industrial alkaline electrolyzers. Alkaline electrolysis is, by far, the most proven technology for large-scale industrial hydrogen production. With hundreds of installations operating worldwide and decades of validation in heavy industry, it is the logical choice for any process that requires continuous operation, high availability and predictable operating costs.

Hydrobooster ALK takes this mature technology base and integrates it with Knergy's cement and steel application engineering, the balance of plant optimized for severe industrial climates, the Siemens IEC 62061 SIL2/SIL3 functional safety systems, and native integration with the client's COP. Safety system and certifications

HAZOP specific to your industry

Every Hydrobooster ALK unit is delivered with a thorough HAZOP analysis specific to the client's industry (cement, steel, chemical, etc.) — not a generic electrolyzer HAZOP. The functional safety system complies with Siemens IEC 62061 (SIL2/SIL3) and the components in classified zones comply with ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 and 2.
