Terms governing access to and use of the Knergy corporate site.

1. Owner identification

This website is operated by Knergy (hereinafter, the owner), a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of hydrogen and oxygen electrolysis technology and process engineering for heavy industry, with headquarters in Cd. Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, México. For any communication you may write to contacto@knergy.com.

2. Purpose and acceptance

Access to and navigation of this site imply unreserved acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice. The owner reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and contents of the site, as well as the conditions required for its access and use.

3. Terms of use

The user undertakes to use the site and its contents lawfully, without contravening current legislation, good faith or public order. The use of the site for purposes that may damage, disable or overload the owner's systems, or that prevent its normal use by third parties, is prohibited.

Any techno-economic proposal is issued individually after analysis of the specific project. The owner does not guarantee the continuous availability of the site and is not liable for damages arising from its use.

6. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Mexican law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
