We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the site's forms: quote request (RFQ), data room access request for investors and newsletter subscription. This data may include name, corporate or institutional email, company or organization, position, country and the project information you choose to share.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Handle quote requests and prepare techno-economic proposals, on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
• Manage accredited access to the confidential data room, on the basis of consent and a confidentiality agreement.
• Send the monthly newsletter, on the basis of double opt-in consent, revocable at any time.

4. Retention

Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, subsequently, for the applicable legal limitation periods.

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed through CRM and email service providers acting as data processors, under contract and with appropriate safeguards. No transfers are made to third parties except where legally required.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, restriction and portability (ARCO rights and GDPR rights), as well as withdraw consent, by writing to contacto@knergy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
