Rules governing the use of the Knergy corporate site and its contents.
1. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of the Knergy corporate site. By navigating the site, the user accepts these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the site.

The user undertakes not to use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes, not to introduce malicious content or code, and not to attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas, including the investor data room, whose access requires accreditation, a confidentiality agreement and two-factor authentication.
3. Non-binding technical content
The specifications, figures, comparison tables and economic cases published are informative in nature and are based on current product documentation. They do not constitute a binding offer. Any commercial proposal is issued individually after analysis of the specific project.
4. Intellectual property
The contents, trademarks and design of the site are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. No license of use is granted beyond consulting the site for informational purposes.
5. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party resources, such as the corporate profile on LinkedIn. Knergy does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those external sites.

7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
